We’ve developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use and share your personal information when you use and any other sites owned and operated by us (collectively, the “Sites) and any other products, devices or services offered by us (collectively with Sites, the “Services”). “You” refers to you as a user of the Services. By using the Services, You AGREE AND CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Information We Collect: Personal Information We may collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, email address and other personally identifying information (collectively, “Personal Information”), when you use the Services including when you submit a resume or job application. The decision to provide this information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide it, you may not be able to use some or all of the Services. We only share such information with third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Usage Data and Site Activity We (or our service providers) automatically collect information regarding the actions you take on the Services (“Usage Data”). Usage Data is information or content we collect about the use of our Services in a way that does not identify an individual user. Usage Data helps us understand trends in our users’ needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor or enhance our Services. We may share Usage Data about our users with third parties for various purposes, such as to help us understand our customers’ needs and improve our Services. Service Providers From time to time, we may establish business relationships with other entities that have privacy practices at least as protective of your personal information as our Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Service Providers”). For example, we may contract with Service Providers to provide certain services, such as data hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, and marketing and promotions. We only provide our Service Providers with the information necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf. Be Careful When You Share Information with Others Please be aware that whenever you share information on a publicly available page or any other public forum on the Services, others may access that information. Exclusions This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Company through the Services or through any other means. All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Company shall be free, and you hereby grant Company the right, to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution. Security We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Information and other information transmitted to us. However, no data transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the Services, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you transmit on or through the Services, and you do so at your own risk. Links Our Services may contain links or integrate with other sites and online services, or allow others to send you such links. We’re not responsible or liable for any damage or loss related to your use of any third-party site or online service. You should always read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of a third-party site or online service before using it, whether directly or in connection with your use of the Services. Managing Your Information Preferences You can opt out of receiving certain marketing or promotional emails by changing notification settings in the Services, clicking the unsubscribe link provided in an email, or by emailing us at [email protected]. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records. Privacy Policy Changes From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy. If we change this Privacy Policy in a way that meaningfully reduces your rights, we’ll notify you (by, for example, sending you an email or displaying a prominent notice within the Services). Modifications will never apply retroactively. By continuing to use or access the Services after any modifications come into effect, you agree to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using the Services. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS These additional disclosures apply only to California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides additional rights to know, delete and opt-out, and requires businesses collecting or disclosing personal information to provide notices and means to exercise rights. 1.1 Notice of Collection. In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information enumerated in the CCPA:

  • Customer records, including phone number, billing address, and credit or debit card information.
  • Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, including gender.
  • Commercial or transactions information, including records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered.
  • Internet activity, including browsing history, search history, and interactions with a website, email, application, or advertisement.
  • Geolocation data.
  • Employment and education information.
  • Inference drawn from the above information about your predicted characteristics and preferences.

We collect and use these categories of personal information for the business purposes described in the “How do we use the information we collect?” section in our Privacy Policy. Under the CCPA, “sell” is defined broadly, and some of our data sharing practices may be considered a “sale.” To the extent “sale” under the CCPA is interpreted to include the activities set out in the Privacy Policy, we will comply with applicable law as to such activity. We disclose the following categories of personal information for commercial purposes: identifiers, characteristics, commercial or transactions information, internet activity, geolocation data, and inferences drawn. You have the right to know certain details about our data practices in the past 12 months. In particular, you may request the following from us:

In the request, please specify which right you are seeking to exercise and the scope of the request. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days. We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete. 1.3 Right to Opt-Out. To the extent Company sells your personal information as the term “sell” is defined under the CCPA, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by us to third parties at any time. You may submit a required to opt-out by clicking Do Not Sell My Personal Information. 1.4 Authorized Agent. You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and verify you identity directly. 1.5 Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of any of your rights. 1.6 Shine the Light. Customers who are residents of California may request (i) a list of the categories of personal information disclosed by us to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes; and (ii) a list of the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such information. Company does not knowingly “sell,” as that term is defined under the CCPA, the personal information of minors under 16 years old who are California residents. If you are a California resident under 18 years old and registered to use the Services, you can ask us to remove any content or information you have posted on the Services. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post from prospective public view, although we cannot ensure the complete or comprehensive removal of the content and may retain the content as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES FOR NEVADA RESIDENTS These additional disclosures apply only to Nevada residents. Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) requires each business to establish a designated request address where Nevada consumers may submit requests directing the business not to sell certain kinds of personal information that the business has collected or will collect about the consumer. A sale under Nevada law is the exchange of personal information for monetary consideration by the business to a third party for the third party to license or sell the personal information to other third parties. That means by using our Website, App and/or participating in any of our Services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, use and processing of your personal information to and in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED TO THE UNITED STATES, YOU SHOULD NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH US, OR MAKE USE OF THIS WEBSITE. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOU ARE LOCATED, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO REQUIRE US TO TREAT YOUR INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ANY COUNTRY OR JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES. HOWEVER, THE FOREGOING WAIVER MAY NOT BE LEGALLY BINDING IN SOME COUNTRIES, SUCH AS THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION. TO THE EXTENT IT IS NOT LEGALLY BINDING IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOU ARE LOCATED, THIS FOREGOING WAIVER DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU.
